SOLI comes from 'solum' — Latin for the ground, the earth beneath your feet.
It's also the first word of three: Soli Deo Gloria. Glory to God alone. That's not a slogan we added later. It's the foundation the whole house is built on, pressed into every pair and into how every pair is made — slowly, properly, without shortcuts.
Bought in a rush, worn once, forgotten.
We didn't want to make those. We wanted to make the pair you reach for in the moments you've actually earned — the ones that mark the end of the grind, not the middle of it. Made with intent. Worn for soft life.
La dolce vita — the sweet life. The Dolce is for the payoff after the hustle. By the pool. By the sunbed. By the sauna door. Almost more powerful off the foot than on it.
A clean, classic rubber sandal, made properly. Bone, with a warm grey sole and a chocolate strap. SOLI embossed at the strap; SOLI. set into the footbed. The first fifty, each numbered.
It's deliberately simple — the first, honest expression of the house, before anything else is built on it.
Three drops. One idea.
The reward. The sweet life, worn easy.
The grind. For the jugadors, the ones who play hard. Built to last, all day.
The reset. Named for the Swedish ritual of the deliberate pause: coffee, a pastry, good people, a moment to slow down and go again.
SOLI is built in London, under MIO Alive Ltd. Small, hands-on, made with care and with intent — one drop at a time.
